I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority.

We do not hold information of the type of visit, for example if the visit was for a dental check-up. We only hold the treatment band. If you require PCNs issued for band 1 treatments (which include but are not limited to check ups) please submit a fresh request.

We do not hold information of an individual’s employment status. A check may be made with DWP but they simply respond to say whether a benefit was in place entitling the patient to free treatment. They do not tell us if an ineligible benefit was in place.
