As outlined in my e-mail of 20 March 2018, the application process does not involve the member applying for a particular tier. They make the application and, if granted, the tier is decided at the time of award.

2014/15 and 2015/16

Under Section 21 of the Act, we are not required to provide information in response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible to you. As advised in my e-mail of 20 March 2018, the data for 2014/15 and 2015/16 can be found at the following link:
