Request: Good afternoon This is a request to access my personal data in-line with GDPR Chapter 3, Article 15. In this request, I am asking you to provide information, as set out below. I am not asking for name or personal details, simply numbers. I have asked the DHSC for this information and they tell me they do not hold it. I can only assume you do as you have all the paperwork and information from both Trusts. 1. How many haemophiliac registrants where there from the MFT inception in 1988 to its closure? 2. How many of the haemophiliac registrants were co-Infected? 3. How many of the above haemophiliacs died from 1989 - closure? 4. How many co infected HIV Infected haemophiliacs were registered at the time of the MFT closure? 5. How many co infected and mono HIV Infected haemophiliacs were registered at the time of the MFT closure? 6. How many infected intimates were registrants with the MFT at its closure? 7. How many haemophiliac MFT registrants were paid 20k from the 10 million pounds allocated in 1989 by the government to the Haemophilia Society? 8. How many Eileen trust registrants were there at its inception? 9. How many Eileen Trust registrants were there left alive at it closure? 10. How many Eileen Trust registrants were infected intimates? 11. How many infected intimates with HCV were registered with the Skipton fund?
