Request: I am writing to make an open government request for all the information to which I am entitled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please send me: 1. The total number of working hours this complaint (your ref: 14386) has accrued in from the first point of informal resolution attempt to the conclusion of the Stage 2 complaint and response provided 22 July 2019 2. In respect of the number of hours needed to conclude this process, please provide details as to how much this has cost the NHS/NHSBSA (a close approximation in pounds () will suffice if not an actual amount). 3. In the last financial year 2018-2019, please provide the number of working hours required to resolve all appeals against the issue of penalty notices for mistakenly not paying for dental treatment and the equivalent cost () this number of working hours has incurred to the NHS/NHSBSA 4. In respect of the same financial year how much have those same fixed penalty notices generated as income for the NHS/NHSBSA I would like the above information to be provided to me as electronic copies and in writing by paper. If this request is too wide or unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me as I understand that under the Act, you are required to advise and assist requesters. If any of this information is already in the public domain, please can you direct me to it, with page references and URLs if necessary (?). If the release of any of this information is prohibited on the grounds of breach of confidence, I ask that you supply me with copies of the confidentiality agreement and remind you that information should not be treated as confidential if such an agreement has not been signed. I would be grateful if you could confirm in writing that you have received this request. I look forward to hearing from you.
