Request: Can I request the number of ''Temporary Safeguarding Payments'' forms have been submitted and the value that has been claimed at a Pharmacy ODS level by month for the last 2 years. Ideally this will be in the format of ODS Code, Month, No. of Claims Submitted, Value of Claims. [On 5 March 2019 you clarified the following:] (Please be advised that we cannot supply the number of claims per pharmacy, as the only data we hold is a monthly invoice line per pharmacy with either a positive or negative balance. Therefore we would only be able to provide the total value of claims for each year month and pharmacy where a temporary safeguard payment was given. The information would be supplied with the following categories: Pharmacy Code, Pharmacy Name, Year Month, Expense Head, Invoice Line Description, Value of Claims. Could you confirm that this information is suitable and that you would like to proceed with the request as outlined above?)
