Request: I would like to make a FOIA request to obtain the year to date (September 2017 - September 2018 or latest) total number of ''Not Dispensed'' items by each pharmacy contractor F-code broken down by EPS and Paper for each month with corresponding total paid item figures also broken down by EPS totals and Paper totals separately. See below the fields required F-code Month Total items (combined EPS and paper) Total paid EPS items Total paid Paper items No. of Not dispensed EPS items No. of Not dispensed Paper items [On 31 December 2018 you clarified the following:]I would like to request figures from September 2017 to the latest period available (October 2018 if available) ie 14 months.
