Request: I wish to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for the following records which I believe to be held by the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA). • The number of individuals being prescribed the below listed drugs in England in each of the financial years 2015/16, 2016/17 and 2017/18 with a male/female breakdown in each of the following (or similar) age brackets: o 0-5 o 6-9 o 10-14 o 15-18 In your response please provide figures based on the patient’s maximum age at time of prescribing during the year period (to ensure we are not double counting individuals if we add these numbers together. • Triptorelin (including gonapeptyl depot or decapeptyl SR) • Buserelin • Goserelin • Leuprorelin acetate • Nafarelin as a puberty blocker? • Danazol as a puberty blocker? Please note that a patient should only be counted once, regardless of how many different drugs were prescribed or the volume of items in the periods covered by this request. I wish to receive this information in electronic format, preferably in an Excel or csv file. If any portion of these records is withheld, please specify which specific statutory exemptions are being relied upon under the Act. Please describe each record withheld, including its date and reason for exemption. If you decide to withhold any record or part thereof I will expect all other non-exempt material to be returned to me.
