Request: Your name and e-mail adress popped up in connection with the procurement process for Personal Care Products and Patient Hygiene Accessories 2017 as I was browsing the internet for British procurement documents. I am a legal consultant in the department “Procurement and clinical engineering” in the Central Denmark Region (a public authority which is primarily responsible for the hospitals of the region). Our procurement procedures are usually conducted in Danish. However, we do sometimes find it relevant to prepare our documents in English instead. In this connection it would be very helpful to be able to access some British procurement documents for inspiration in order to get the terminology right – not all relevant terminology can be found in the procurement directives. I would, therefore, like to ask if it would be possible for me to receive a copy of your procurement documents for the above mentioned procurement procedure (or another relevant procurement procedure)? (As far as I can tell, only actual companies/businesses can register with the NHS Supply Chain Procurement Portal.)
