Request: 1) How many people did not reset up their direct debits after the problem with the direct debit system in 2016. 2) How many people have subsequently had fines after this date, that previously had a direct debit setup which failed to renew due to this issue [On 28 June 2018 you clarified the following:] The direct debit system I am enquiry about is the pre-pay prescription service. You had a system issue or change during the middle of 2016 which resulted in lots (if not all) direct debits cancelling. All of your agents know about this and refer to it. I would also like to know how many people then subsequently got fines, because they had not automatically renewed and were still collecting prescriptions without paying at the pharmacy. Hope that clarifies it. Please let me know if it doesn’t
