Previous Request List - Detail

Request Reference: 7563 Request Date: 14 Mar 2018
Request: Please find my FOI request succinct as requested. I require the following information please: 1. The number of unique patients in England who have been prescribed benzodiazepines, z drugs, antidepressants and opioids. These must be separated out into separate drugs, rather than a total for all of them. I do not require a breakdown into all the different forms or presentations of drugs. Just a total for the Groups i.e. benzodizepines separate from z drugs 2. The data is required for the past 2 full years for which data is available. 3. I would like the information broken down by age. May I have a total for each drug, then additionally numbers for those aged 0-12 and also those aged 0-17 I would like the data as a total figure for the two years or broken down monthly or quarterly for example? 4. Please indicate whether the above data is shared with DH or PHE or MHRA colleagues and when these organisations were informed of the data. 5. In response to the following Parliamentary Questions the DH say they do not hold any of the data requested.. Does the NHSBSA hold this data and if so may I also request it please? If it is in another format would you please advise me how to reword my request?
