Request: We request access to the following information under section 1(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000: 1. What percentage of GPs’ pension records can you confirm are up to date with all relevant data having been transferred to NHSBSA/NHS pensions? 1. What is the total value of such unallocated pension payments held by NHS England at the date of this letter? 2. What was the total value of such unallocated pension payments held by NHS England three years ago and at the date of this letter? 3. How many complaints has PCSE received on average per month over the previous 12 months in relation to PCSE processing pension payments? 4. What evidence can PCSE provide that they are correctly applying the Annualisation regulations to: a. Type 1 Practitioners, b. Type 2 Practitioners, and c. Locum GPs? (We request copies of such evidence organised by types a, b, and c.).
