In the last 5 years - How many requests / complaints to NHSBSA have reached the point of disagreement with patients that staff have stated they will not be entering into any further discussion and the patient should contact the Infirmation Commissioner ? 2. What was the budget for staffing Corporate Governance in NHSBSA in the last financial year and how was that broken down by graded posts ? 3. In the last financial year , how many requests for information were handled by an Information Governance Assistant and to what level of patient satisfaction ? 4. How does NHSBSA monitor and record patient satisfaction with complaints raised and what evidence is there for this over the last financial year ? 5. Why does the NHSBSA not recognise that many older patients are not able to access or be comfortable with digital technology and paper hard copies may be required ?
