Please be advised that any form uploaded which has incomplete red cells, is an incorrect version or contains data that is non-transactional will be rejected. We will inform you of this by email and will advise you what data needs to be added or corrected. You will be required to upload a corrected form. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause however this process ensures that we have the right information to enable us to action your request. Please be aware that emails advising of rejected forms due to non-transactional data may be sent several days after DTS upload.
Internal Recruitment: If you have recruited an internal employee via TRAC you no longer need to complete a change form for the employee. The BSA HR Shared Service team will create an Internal Recruitment Form using the information you have entered into TRAC and this will inform ESR.
